Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Applies to registrations made on or after January 1, 2026
BFT1 Event Start Date: April 2, 2026
Deposit
A non-transferable $500 deposit is required at the time of registration.
Deposit Refund Window
Deposits are fully refundable until 120 days prior to the event start date.
(Refund deadline: December 3, 2025)
Deposit Credit Window
Between 120 days and 60 days prior to the event start date, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future offering, at the organizer’s discretion.
(Credit deadline: February 1, 2026)
Non-Refundable Period
Within 60 days of the event start date, all payments (including the deposit) are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment Schedule
50% of the remaining balance is due 48 days prior to the event start date (February 13, 2026)
The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the event start date (March 12, 2026)
Cancellation Penalties
Cancellations made between February 28, 2026, and March 19, 2026, will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total event price.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event start date (March 20, 2026 onward) will result in a forfeiture of 100% of all funds paid.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum participation requirements are not met.
In such cases, all payments made will be refunded in full.
Discounted Offers
Any discount promises you received (Early Bird price, special event promotions, etc.) are only valid if the final payment for the balance owed happens on or before the date the remaining balance is due (March 12, 2026)
