Deposit
A $500 deposit is required at the time of registration.
Deposit Refund Window
Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days after you have made the deposit.
Deposit Credit Window
Between the time 30 days after you make the deposit and 60 days prior to the event start date, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future offering, at the organizer’s discretion, or may be transferred to another individual not already registered. After that time period the deposit is treated as specified in Cancellation Details below.
Payment Schedule
$500 deposit submitted to hold your spot
90 Days Prior to Event Start Date: 50% of the remaining balance is due.
30 Days Prior to Event Start Date: The remaining balance is due; tuition is paid in full
Cancellation Details
Cancellations made within 60 days of event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and 50% of the total amount paid. However, you can still transfer the balance to someone who is not yet registered.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date will result in a forfeiture of 100% of all funds paid. However, you can still transfer the balance to someone who is not yet registered.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum participation requirements are not met.
In such cases, all payments made will be refunded in full.
Discounted Offers
Any discount promises you received (Early Bird price, special event promotions, etc.) are only valid if the final payment for the balance owed happens on or before the date the remaining balance is due.
