Terms and Conditions
For registrations after January 1, 2026 
When you commit to this fabulous adventure by submitting your deposit, we use that deposit to secure a commitment from the venue that you will be accommodated fully. Therefore, it is important to understand that at a certain point deposits are committed to the overhead of retreat expenses.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to 2 months before the event, cancellations can receive full credit towards any other Breathflow offering.
$500 deposit required to hold your spot
Full balance is due 1 month before event start date, or January 26, 2026

90 Day before event
Half the tuition is required for a deposit.
No refunds will be made past this date. 

Pay in full can take $100 off the full tuition.

Any discounts offered are valid only if the balance is fully paid by the final payment date of January 26, 2026 (1 month prior to event start)

Liability forms will be sent and must be signed for full acceptance into the retreat.
Agreeing to these terms will ensure that you are taken care of in the best way possible.
