Breathwork Cancer Prevention Class Heals

"I had cancer over 30 years ago, and it is my firm belief that was due to my feelings of being unworthy and having let people down through a failed business venture.

"I felt that this Breathflow session directly targeted the underlying causes of my cancer all those years ago. In the Breathflow session, I felt an absolute connection to the Divine, and I received the download: 'I am you. You are me. We are one.'

"This is what I journaled after the session:
​I felt a lot of darkness coming off me. I felt that I was holding a large ball of light in my hands - my hands were at my shoulders. I could see darkness at the top of the ball of light, but didn't know what it was. My hands started to move upwards and inwards as if I was compressing the ball of light, then I felt that it needed to go into my chest. It sort of did that with my hands following along (it was weird) until the ball of light was inside my chest and my palms were flat on my chest. Then I saw a lot of darkness floating off me. After a couple of minutes, the darkness dissipated and was replaced with light. I really don't know what that was, but it seemed like a lot of old trauma that caused the cancer all those years ago was being released.

"It was so peaceful that I wanted to stay there forever. The experience was so intense that I was trembling for an hour after the session. Today, the day after, the trembling has subsided somewhat, but I still feel it with a lightness in my chest (the light is still in my heart).

"My head feels about 3 times its normal size, and I feel an excitement that I haven't felt for decades.I have a 'knowingness' that all of the self-judgement that I had at the time is gone now, and I just received a download: 'Don't beat yourself up. It was just an experience.'"
