"Because of my life experiences, I knew I had deep residual emotions to work through. I've used multiple modalities and therapists over the years to release inner cellular memories, but some of those experiences were so difficult, painful, and deeply embedded, they blocked my ability to process the pain, much less clear it.

"During the first two of the four days, my throat would freeze during the breath work. I couldn't even do the toning during the deep exercises!
