Physical Pain Mitigation through Breathflow

"Last week I had medically necessary eyelid surgery. I had the options of general anesthesia, local anesthetic with anti anxiety med or just the local. I chose just the local anesthetic and deep breathed my way through surgery on both eyes. Was it uncomfortable? Yes. But not unbearable. And there was no hangover or residual experience from meds, only healing!
